Who is Russ Wise?
Russ Wise is a civic and community leader who has been working for education reform for more than a decade as a member of the St. John Parish School Board.
Russ is running for the Louisiana House of Representatives and believes that a quality education for every person is the key to Louisiana's future. A resident of LaPlace for the past 28 years and a volunteer with numerous organizations serving the River Parishes, Russ is privileged to know and work with its citizens.
